I can get the throttle to work but the shifter will not pull the shifter handle on the motor far enough to shift into forward. I tried to adjust the gears many times but there is no way that will work. Should I just get a universal dual shifter? will I have to buy new cables too? I'm just looking for the best way to do this without spending a lot of money.
